Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Heimro. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms of Service ("Terms"), the following definitions apply:

  • "Heimro" / "Service" — The web platform, APIs, research agents, dashboards, and related tools provided by Feynn AS under the Heimro brand. Heimro is a Feynn company.
  • "User" / "You" — Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
  • "Account" — Your registered Heimro profile.
  • "AI Output" — Any content, text, analysis, summary, image, or report generated through the Service via AI systems.
  • "User Content" — Information you submit, including property details, room data, item descriptions, images, or prompts.
  • "Credits" — Units used to consume AI features, including free, purchased, or subscription credits.
  • "Subscription" — Paid plans offered on a recurring basis.
  • "We" / "Us" — Feynn AS, operator of Heimro.

2. About the Service

Heimro is a system for homes. It helps homeowners and households organize properties, rooms, and items; track prices and changes over time; store images and AI-generated visuals; and run automated research agents that surface relevant information about the things in your home. Heimro is designed for personal and household use and is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, structural, or otherwise).

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You can form a binding contract under applicable law; and
  • You comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of Heimro, you must create an Account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • All activities that occur under your Account; and
  • Promptly updating your information if it changes.

We may suspend or terminate your Account if we reasonably believe that the information you provided is inaccurate, you have violated these Terms, or your use creates a security or operational risk.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use Heimro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights;
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide the Service to third parties, unless expressly permitted in a separate written agreement with us;
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to send excessive requests or interfere with normal operation;
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access control measures;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the Service, except where explicitly allowed by applicable law;
  • Use the Service to train or improve competing AI models or services; or
  • Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or that you do not have the right to share.

We may introduce reasonable technical limits (such as request caps or concurrency limits) to ensure stability and fair usage.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Heimro uses machine learning models and research agents to generate insights, summaries, image suggestions, and price information. AI Output may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or contain errors.

  • AI Output is generated automatically and should not be treated as professional advice;
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI Output before relying on it; and
  • Feynn AS does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or suitability of any AI Output.

Feynn AS is not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on AI Output generated by the Service.

7. Credits and Usage

Certain features of Heimro require the use of Credits, which may be included with a Subscription, purchased separately, or granted through promotions. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be resold. Credits are deducted when an AI or research job is started or queued. Unused Credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

Heimro offers recurring Subscription plans. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, currently Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Price changes will be communicated in advance. Refunds are only provided where required by applicable law.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of Heimro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Feynn AS processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU/EEA GDPR. We use carefully selected subprocessors (such as Supabase, Cloudflare, Lovable, Trigger.dev, Resend, Stripe, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, and Sentry) to provide and operate the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to Heimro, including the platform, design, user interface, workflows, logos, and underlying software, are owned by Feynn AS or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service.

Your Rights to AI Output

Subject to applicable law and our subprocessor agreements, we grant you rights to use, reproduce, modify, and commercialize AI Output generated through your Account, provided that you comply with these Terms and do not use AI Output to create competing foundation models.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Feynn AS a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

11. Availability, Changes & Updates

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not warrant that Heimro will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, except to the extent such warranties cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your Subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, your use creates a security or legal risk, or we are required to do so by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feynn AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you have paid to Feynn AS for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feynn AS and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service or AI Output, your User Content, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
